Aarhus Sommeropera

Welcome to the website of Aarhus Sommeropera, Denmark's leading chamber opera company. Every summer we perform in the historic and charming Helsingør Theatre, part of the Old Town, Aarhus, Denmark.

Aarhus Sommeropera's production this year is a revival of Deadly Serious, a comic opera by Lasse Popp and Bo Gunge premiered with great success in 2023. Deadly Serious is a co-production with Figaros.
